On Aug.22^nd, 2016, Ionada Inc. announces the signing of a JV agreement to manufacture and sell Membrane Scrubber™ systems with TUS, Nanci, and Sanfu Shipyards.

 

It is NTC, as a long term financing consultant with Ionada in China, who has successfully introduced a strategic investment partners ¨C TUS Financial Group to Ionada for their future development; Mr.Zhu ¨C GM of TUS Suzhou has attended this event for the JV agreement signing as well.

All parties bring expertise, technology and broad capabilities to the joint venture. This new business will begin operations in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province and Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, after receiving necessary government approvals.
