Value Retail (www.valueretail.com) is a company that specializes in the development and operation of luxuries outlets. There are 9 Value Retail outlet villages to date in Europe, in main cities as London, Milan, Munich, Dublin, Barcelona, Paris, etc. Its first Asian establishment, the newly built Suzhou Village (Suzhou is a historic city in eastern China, with GDP ranks 5th in China, close to Shanghai) is scheduled to open in early 2014.

 

Value Retail has engaged New Tigers Consulting (www. newtigers.com) as a partner in Business License application for its clients/brands. As Value Retail?ˉs clients could set up WFOE or branch companies in Suzhou, in WFOE case, they will get a temporary Business License Copy for the following procedures; in branch company case, they will get the formal Business License.

 

NTC would be responsible for the paper preparation assistance, paper submission to related government departments, instruction and coordination in paper revision, aiming to get the business license for branch companies, and temporary business license copy for WFOEs, so that all the clients can go on smoothly with the following application and registration procedures.

 

The application process is estimated to take place in Mid December, 2013.
