NTC signed a Human Resources service agreement with Smith & Nephew Limited, becoming their exclusive HR service provider for their newly set-up plant in SIP. Smith & Nephew is an industry leader in each of their Global Business Units. Their plant in SIP will specialize in wound management products.
After several rounds of discussion, Smith & Nephew finally selected NTC China as their HR service provider in SIP, owning to the professionalism and good experience of NTC working together with FIEs in SIP on their HR function. For a newly established foreign entity like Smith & Nephew, NTC not only helps them with routine HR activities, but also provides them with a strategic picture of the labor pool and personnel development according to their requirements with regard to industry and cultural difference. |
