NTC forms a Partnership with PEPIC LLC in the U.S.--New Tigers Consulting Limited

New Tigers Consulting Co., Ltd (NTC). and PEPIC LLC,(PEPIC), a consulting firm located in the United States, jointly announced an execution of a Teaming Agreement, on Nov. 1, 2007. Under the agreement, NTC and PEPIC will work together for consulting, business transaction, project development and management services for the Chinese and American enterprises who wish to conduct business in the United States and China.
