NTC recently signed a strategic partnership agreement with Investment Promotion Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). The partnership aims to promote SIP as a destination of foreign direct investment. Under agreement, NTC will assist SIP to attract investments, recommend and communicate with potential investors in Europe and North America.
