October 2005, Shanghai: Dr Wei Qian, managing partner of NTC China met Michael Jonston and Michael Hayden led delegation of 25 companies from Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County of Ireland. Dr Qian introduced NTC’s service to the delegation and exchanged views on doing business in China with a number of delegates.
